Quality Child Care
From language and literacy development to social skills and creative expression, the children at Little Explorers are constantly being exposed to new activities and environments in which to thrive. We build on the strengths and interests of each child to help build a solid foundation where they can develop their futures.
Little Explorers believe that all those directly involved with our setting have an essential role to play in making it safe and secure. Our setting aims to create the safest environment within which every child can achieve their full potential and we take seriously our responsibility to promote the welfare and safeguard all the children and young people entrusted to our care. Our Child Protection is openly available to our staff, parents and prospective customers.
We have always believed that some of the best learning happens through real, hands-on experiences. We don't want children's early years to be limited to what can happen within four nursery walls. We want them to explore, discover, get messy, ask questions, try new things and experience the world for themselves. Whether that's spending time at Forest School, swimming, visiting the beach, exploring our local community, cooking, growing, creating or heading out on an adventure, we want our children to have experiences that create curiosity, confidence and memories.
Alongside those adventures are the simple but incredibly important parts of nursery life, eating together, getting outside, learning to be independent, helping one another and tidying up afterwards. These moments are just as valuable in helping children develop the skills they need for the next stage of their lives.
